Grammie'S Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. grated zucchini
3 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 1/2 c. cooking oil
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. nuts
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs, well beaten
3 oz. cream cheese
1/4 lb. oleo
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. powdered sugar

Preparation

Grease and flour tube pan.
Combine the first 10 ingredients. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
Combine the cream cheese, oleo, vanilla and powdered sugar.
Mix well.
Ice cake.
