Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    1 c. milk
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with jackets on until tender.
    Cool slightly, peel and then mash.
    Add other ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into an unbaked deep dish pie crust and bake 10 minutes at 425\u00b0, then reduce temperature to 350\u00b0 and cook for 40 minutes.
