Ingredients

1 lb. carrots
3 Tbsp. margarine
4 Tbsp. light brown sugar
dash of nutmeg and cinnamon
Preparation

Pare carrots and slice into sticks. Cook until almost tender; drain. Melt margarine; add sugar and spices. Cook together until slightly glazed in appearance. Add drained carrots; cook for 3 to 4 minutes, shaking pan constantly, coating carrots. Serve at once.
