Sweet Dough Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
    3/4 c. lukewarm milk, scalded and cooled
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/3 c. butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    3/4 c. Better for Bread flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water and set aside. Scald milk and add butter and sugar to melt and cool to lukewarm.
    Add egg and yeast. Gradually add flour until dough is workable. Flour table and knead the dough for 5 to 10 minutes, working to a soft satiny finish.
    Put dough in greased, large bowl.
    Cover and let raise for at least 2 hours. Punch down and form into rolls and place in greased pan and let raise another 2 hours. Bake at 400\u00b0 for approximately 20 minutes until tops are browned.
