Corny Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. tri-color macaroni twists, cooked and drained
    1 c. skim milk or 2% if you prefer
    1 c. 1% low-fat cottage cheese
    1 (8 3/4 oz.) can whole kernel corn or Veg-All, fully drained
    1/2 c. Egg Beaters 99% egg product
    1/2 c. shredded mild or medium Cheddar cheese
    10 saltine or Ritz crackers (any brand), coarsely crushed
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine macaroni, milk, cottage cheese, corn (or Veg-All), egg product and 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese.
    Spoon into greased 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. In a small bowl, toss crackers with 1/4 cup cheese.
    Sprinkle over macaroni mixture; return to oven and bake 30 minutes.
    Can be served hot or at room temperature.
