Aunt Lori'S Mystery Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (2 lb.) Ore-Ida frozen hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 medium onion, diced
1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 stick butter
2 c. corn flakes
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Grease a 13 x 9-inch glass baking dish.
While hash browns are still frozen, layer on bottom of baking dish.
In a large bowl, mix soup, onion, sour cream, cheese, salt and pepper.
Melt butter in pan and saute corn flakes.
Spread soup mix on top of potatoes. Coat with corn flakes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
