Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) pkg. cranberries
2 c. sugar
1 c. water
1 Tbsp. grated orange peel
1 c. orange juice
1 c. raisins
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 medium apple, chopped
1 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation

In a 3-quart saucepan over medium heat, heat cranberries, sugar and water to boiling, stirring frequently.
Reduce heat to low and simmer 15 minutes.
Remove from heat, stir in remaining ingredients; cover and refrigerate.
