Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 to 10 potatoes, pelled and sliced
2 cans cream chicken soup
1 c. water
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 stick butter
Preparation

Butter casserole dish and put in sliced potatoes. Mix the soup and water together and pour over the potatoes. Pour onions on top of this. Slice your stick of butter all over the top of soup. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
