Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 scant c. shortening
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    5 Tbsp. water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice or vinegar
    1 egg yolk
Preparation
    Cut shortening into flour until fine.
    Add water, lemon juice or vinegar and egg yolk.
    Mix together until blended. Refrigerate until chilled.
    Roll out.
    Makes two 9-inch shells.
