Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. zucchini
    1 onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. sour cream
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1/2 c. oleo
    1 (8 oz.) herb seasoned stuffing
Preparation
    Cook peeled and cubed zucchini in salted water for 5 minutes. Drain. Combine all ingredients in 10 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
