Cheez Whiz - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. cheese (processed) or Cheddar
    2 c. evaporated milk
    2 beaten eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Cut cheese and melt in double boiler.
    Add milk, salt and mustard.
    Remove from heat and stir in eggs.
    Return to heat; stir and cook until eggs thicken slightly.
    Remove from heat.
    Cool slowly and stir.
