Country-Fried Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 slices bacon
6 cooked, pared, thickly sliced potatoes
1 medium onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In large heavy skillet, fry bacon. Remove bacon and crumble. In bacon drippings, cook potatoes, onion and pepper. Season to taste and cook over low fire until potatoes are browned. Add in bacon and stir.
