Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9-inch pie shell, prepared
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. cocoa
2 Tbsp. flour
3 eggs, separated
1 1/2 c. milk
3 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine sugar, cocoa and flour.
Beat egg yolks thoroughly and add to first mixture.
Cook in boiler until thick, stirring constantly.
Remove.
Add butter and vanilla and cool.
Pour in 9-inch pie shell.
Use egg whites for meringue.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 5 to 10 minutes.
