Marshmallow Pops On A Stick - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
    1 (7.2 oz.) box crisp rice cereal
    40 wooden sticks
    1 (10 oz.) bag lg. marshmallows
Preparation
    Place caramels, butter adn sweet milk in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon until candy and butter melt and mixture is smooth. Pour cereal in a large bowl; set aside.
