Potato Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. cooked potato
    1 lb. 10x sugar
Preparation
    Mash potatoes.
    Do not add any milk or butter.
    Place potatoes on a board and knead in sugar, a little at a time until the texture of pie dough.
    Roll out with rolling pin, about 1/8-inch thick. Spread jelly or peanut butter on top, then roll up into a roll. Refrigerate and then slice and enjoy.
