Chicago Style Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 lb. sirloin roast (have butcher thinly slice raw beef)
    4 large onions
    2 jars sliced hot banana peppers
    2 tsp. onion salt
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    2 tsp. oregano
    2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 tsp. basil
    2 tsp. Accent
Preparation
    Mix spices together in a separate bowl.
    Alternate layers of meat, sliced onions, peppers and spice mix.
    Add water to half full.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 until tender.
    Best to use an oblong Nesco cooker or covered roasting pan.
