Peas-N-Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1 c. sliced green onion and tops
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced lengthwise through cap and stem
2 tsp. celery seed
1 c. chicken stock
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. white pepper
Preparation

Partially thaw peas if necessary to get them free.
In small casserole dish, greased, place peas and all other ingredients, except stock.
Pour stock over mixture in bowl.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until peas are tender and mushrooms done.
