Ingredients

1/2 c. butter
2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
2 c. sugar
1 c. light cream or evaporated milk
1/2 c. light corn syrup
vanilla
Preparation

In saucepan, melt butter with chocolate, sugar, cream or evaporated milk, corn syrup and vanilla.
Bring to boil.
Stir constantly.
Boil 1 1/2 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Serve warm or cold.
Refrigerate leftovers.
Yields 3 1/3 cups.
