Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. salad oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 c. pecans, chopped
3 c. grated raw apples

Preparation

Mix oil, sugar and eggs until smooth.
Sift flour with salt, soda and baking powder.
Add to creamed mixture in small amounts. Mix together.
Add grated apples and mix well.
Add pecans.
Bake in 9 x 13-inch baking dish about 40 minutes in a 350\u00b0 preheated oven.
