Chili(Sam'S) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 2 1/2 lb. hamburger meat (ground chuck)
    2 qt. tomatoes, crushed
    2 (15 oz.) cans light red kidney beans
    1 chili block
    1 1/2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 large onions
    1 1/2 large bell peppers
    1 tsp. Accent
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. black pepper
    pinch of red cayenne pepper
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 tsp. game seasoning
    1 tsp. all-purpose flour (Carls)
    1/2 c. onion bits
    2 Tbsp. hot sauce
Preparation
    Brown hamburger meat with small amount of seasonings.
    Add onion bits; cook until done.
    Set aside.
    Saute onions and bell peppers in oil; drain.
    Add to hamburger meat.
    Add tomatoes, kidney beans, chili block and seasonings.
    Stir.
    Cook for about 2 1/2 hours.
    Makes 1 gallon.
