Diabetic Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. water
    2 c. raisins
    1 c. applesauce
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. liquid sweetener
    3/4 c. oil
    2 c. flour
    1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook raisins in water until all the water is gone.
    Mix applesauce, sweetener, eggs and oil together.
    Add remaining ingredients and stir together.
    Pour batter into a greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until tested done.
