Cracker Jacks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 or 9 qt. popped corn
    2 c. brown sugar
    1 c. margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    pkg. nuts
Preparation
    Boil together brown sugar, margarine, salt, vanilla and corn syrup for 5 minutes.
    Mix well occasionally.
    Remove from heat and add baking powder.
    Stir in quickly.
    Pour over popped corn mixing well.
    Put in 2 large flat pans and place in oven at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Stir 3 or 4 times.
    Add 1 package nuts.
