Apple Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 eating apples
    1 small can pineapple, drained
    2 ripe bananas
    1/2 lb. grapes
    1/2 lb. nuts
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Combine sugar and flour; add boiling water.
    Cook over low heat until thick.
    Add margarine and vanilla.
    Cool.
