Mushroom Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 serving pieces cube steak
    flour
    garlic powder
    1 pkg. Lipton beef onion soup mix
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Sprinkle steak with garlic; roll in flour.
    Brown in skillet with oil on both sides.
    Add soup mix, mushrooms with liquid and water.
    Cover and let simmer for 30 minutes.
    Serve over rice or toast.
