Oven Beer Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    2 carrots
    1 onion
    1 lb. meat
    1 can tomato soup
    2 stalks celery
    3/4 can beer
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 small can tomato sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Put in roaster and cover.
    Cook in oven for 8 hours at 250\u00b0.
