Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c drained cooked kidney beans
    1/4 c diced celery
    3 pickles, sweet, or 2 tbsp sweet relish
    1 small onion, minced
    2 hard cooked eggs, sliced
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp pepper
    about 1/4 c mayonnaise or sour cream
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except mayonnaise. Mix lightly with mayonnaise. chill thoroughly. Serve on salad greens. Garnish with grated cheese. 6 servings.
