Grits Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. grits
    6 c. boiling water
    2 tsp. salt
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    3 eggs
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 tsp. Tabasco
    paprika
    chili peppers (optional)
Preparation
    Cook first 3 ingredients for 5 or 10 minutes until it is thick.
    Take off heat and cut 1 pound Velveeta cheese in this. Add beaten eggs and Tabasco; mix well.
    Add little chili peppers to taste.
    Bake for 1 hour at 250\u00b0.
    Sprinkle paprika on top.
