Peach Custard Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
14 oz. sliced peaches, drained and reserve liquid
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. evaporated milk
1 egg
1/2 peach syrup
Preparation

Mix flour, salt and butter; press into 9 x 9-inch pan. Arrange peaches to cover crumbs and sprinkle on the cinnamon and sugar mixture.
Bake until bubbly.
Remove from oven and pour on already beaten milk, egg and syrup mixture.
Return to oven and bake until firm.
Oven heat is 350\u00b0.
