Hot Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. lukewarm water
    3 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    12 c. flour
Preparation
    Blend ingredients well.
    Pinch off desired amount and roll into balls; let rise one hour.
    Cook at 350\u00b0 in a greased pan until brown, approximately 10 minutes.
    Store remaining dough in refrigerator.
