Glazed Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 slices bread, torn
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 lb. ground beef
    2/3 c. diced onion
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. catsup
Preparation
    Combine eggs, bread, milk, salt and pepper in a large mixing bowl, mixing well.
    Add ground beef, onion, 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup catsup; mix well.
    Shape mixture into a loaf and place on lightly greased rack in a broiler pan. Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 45 minutes.
    Combine remaining brown sugar and catsup and spoon over loaf.
    Bake an additional 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
    Let stand
    5 minutes before serving.
