Hamburger And Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. sliced carrots
    1 1/2 c. sliced potatoes
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 lb. hamburger
    1/3 c. diced onion
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg
Preparation
    Cook carrots 10 minutes.
    Place in casserole.
    Cover with potatoes.
    Pour soup over top.
    Place remaining ingredients in mixing bowl.
    Mix well with hands.
    Spread mixture over soup and vegetables.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 4.
