Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage, shredded
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 c. rice (uncooked)
    1 can tomato juice or soup
    1 can of water
Preparation
    Place shredded cabbage in a
    greased casserole dish. Brown ground beef and onions; add rice. Place rice/meat mixture over cabbage. Pour soup and water over the top. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
