Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. top sirloin
    1 c. sour cream
    1 small can mushrooms
    1/2 c. wine
    1 small onion
    1 stick butter
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1 c. water
    2 c. cooked rice or 2 c. cooked noodles
Preparation
    Cut meat in 1/4-inch strips; salt, pepper and flour.
    Brown meat in the butter; add chopped onion and mushrooms.
    Add the 1 bouillon cube to 1 cup hot water; add to meat mixture.
    Simmer for 30 minutes; during this time cook rice or noodles.
    Stir in the (1) cup of sour cream into the meat mixture; do not add when meat is too hot or cream may separate.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
