Cornbread Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. onion, chopped
3 Tbsp. butter
3 c. stale white bread
1 Tbsp. celery seed
1 tsp. salt
4 eggs, well beaten
3 c. chopped celery
6 c. crumbled cornbread
2 Tbsp. poultry season
1 tsp. sage
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation
-
Saute onion and celery in butter until tender.
Heat chicken stock.
Combine all ingredients and add to stock and mix well. Put into greased casserole dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until brown.
