Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 c. milk, scalded
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Combine eggs, salt and sugar; add milk and vanilla slowly. Add one cup of shredded coconut.
    Pour in crust.
    Bake at hot (450\u00b0) for 10 minutes.
    Reduce temperature to slow (325\u00b0) and bake 30 to 40 minutes longer or until a knife inserted comes out clean.
