Vegetable And 5 Way Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice, cooled
    1 (15 oz.) can yellow hominy, drained
    1 (15 oz.) can black-eyed peas, drained
    1 (15 oz.) can red beans, drained
    4 green onions, chopped
    1 large tomato, chopped
    1 tsp. garlic, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, seeded and diced small
    1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
    1 c. Zesty Italian salad dressing
    tortilla chips (make it a great salad dip)
Preparation
    Combine the first 9 ingredients in a large bowl and stir well. Pour salad dressing over the rice and vegetable mixture and toss gently. Cover and chill. Toss again before serving.
