Double Chocolate Snack Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 2/3 c. flour
    1 c. packed brown sugar
    1/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. water
    1/3 c. oil
    1 tsp. white vinegar
    3/4 tsp. pure vanilla extract
    1/2 c. Hershey's semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Stir together flour, brown sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Add water, oil, vinegar and vanilla.
    Beat until smooth.
