Vegetable Stew(Meatless) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 small onions
    6 new potatoes
    4 leeks
    4 small zucchini
    4 stalks celery
    6 small carrots
    1/2 lb. tomatoes
    1 small cauliflower
    5 Tbsp. butter
    2 1/2 c. chicken or vegetable stock
    1 tsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Leave onions and potatoes whole. Cut leeks, zucchini and celery into 1-inch pieces. Cut carrots in half.
    Peel and quarter tomatoes.
    Cut cauliflower into flowerets.
