Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef or moose strips
    1 to 2 green bell peppers
    1 red bell pepper
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. grated ginger root
    1/2 c. water
    1 medium tomato, cut into wedges
    cornstarch (if needed to thicken)
Preparation
    Saute meat about 20 minutes.
    Add remaining ingredients, except tomato, and simmer until tender.
    Add tomato 5 minutes before serving.
    Serve over rice.
