Tirami Su - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large eggs, separated
    1/2 c . plus 1/8 tsp. sugar
    1 c. plus 1 Tbsp. Espresso coffee
    8 oz. Mascarpone cheese
    1/8 c. dark cocoa
    16 to 20 toasted ladyfingers
    2 Tbsp. Italian brandy
Preparation
    Beat egg whites with 1/8 teaspoon sugar until stiff peaks form.
    Beat egg yolks, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tablespoon Espresso and brandy until smooth.
    Add cheese and beat for 5 minutes.
    Fold in the whipped egg whites until thoroughly combined.
