Double-Cheese Chicken Breasts In Tomato Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, skinned
    3 to 4 Tbsp. fine bread crumbs
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce (or bigger if desired)
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    garlic salt to taste
    1/4 c. chopped onions
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    4 slices Mozzarella cheese (Colby or Cheddar would be good, too)
    dash of chili powder (optional)
Preparation
    Fry breasts on electric skillet 10 minutes on a side at about 260\u00b0.
    Combine bread crumbs and Parmesan.
    Sprinkle half over one side of chicken.
    Turn chicken and sprinkle second half on the other side.
    Fry another 10 minutes on each side. Add onions to brown.
