Fiery Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken breasts
    1 onion, diced
    2 Tbsp. butter or butter flavored Crisco
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. sour cream
    1 small (4 oz.) can green chilies
    1/2 tsp. chili powder
    chives for garnish
Preparation
    Heat butter in skillet.
    Saute chicken on both sides.
    Remove chicken and add onion; saute.
    Put chicken back in pan, add flour and paprika.
    Stir to combine.
    Cover and cook over medium heat for 25 minutes, turning chicken from time to time.
    Add sour cream and peppers.
    Blend.
    Cook 4 to 5 minutes more.
    Remove onto serving dish, top with chives.
    Serve with rice or egg noodles. Serves 4.
