Cheddar Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated (8 oz.)
1 Tbsp. chopped green ripe pitted olives
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. salt
dash of cayenne pepper
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except pecans, together well.
Shape into a firm ball.
Roll in chopped pecans.
Cover or wrap and refrigerate.
The green ripe olives are what gives it a unique flavor.
