Cornbread Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pan cooked cornbread or corn muffins
    1 c. mustard
    1 large chopped cucumber
    1 to 2 bunches green onions, chopped
    2 c. diced tomatoes
    1 green pepper, chopped (optional)
    1 small bottle cucumber salad dressing
Preparation
    Break up cornbread or corn muffins and mix with mustard until consistency of potato salad.
    Then fold in the remaining ingredients, except dressing.
    Mix well.
    Then stir in dressing a little at time until desired consistency is reached.
    Serve.
