2 c. grated raw sweet potatoes
1 c. molasses
1/2 c. brown or white sugar (optional)
1 1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. grated orange peel
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
3 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Mix and pour in greased baking dish.
Bake at 300\u00b0 until firm and brown (45 minutes).
