Chili Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 gal. ripe tomatoes
2/3 c. white onions
1 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
1/2 tsp. curry powder
2 c. vinegar
5 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. mustard
Preparation
-
Put tomatoes and onions through food chopper.
Add all other ingredients to a boil.
Boil 2 hours or until thick.
Stir frequently to prevent scorching.
As soon as sauce is of desired consistency, pour into sterilized jars and seal at once.
