Sour Cream Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. noodles
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
    1 Tbsp. diced green pepper
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato paste or sauce
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. cottage cheese
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sliced olives
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1/2 c. grated cheese (on top)
Preparation
    Cook noodles, rinse and drain.
    Brown meat, add onions and green pepper.
    Cook until soft.
    Stir in paste or sauce.
    Combine sour cream, cottage cheese and cream cheese (blend with beater). Combine olives and almonds.
    Place a layer of meat mixture in pan. Spread a layer of cheese mixture, top with olives and almonds. Repeat until all ingredients are used.
    Pour melted butter on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
