Sausage - Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot sausage, uncooked
    1 lb. mild Cheddar cheese, shredded
    3 c. biscuit mix
Preparation
    Crumble sausage into large bowl.
    Add cheese and mix well. Blend biscuit mix into sausage-cheese mixture.
    Shape into walnut size balls.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheets.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
