Carol'S Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. fresh carrots or 4 c. canned carrots
    4 oz. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 small carton sour cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 bunch green onions, chopped
Preparation
    Cook carrots until tender; drain.
    Add remaining ingredients, except onions.
    Heat gently until cheese is melted.
    Put in serving dish.
    Top with green onions.
    Serves 6.
