Yeast Rolls And Butterscotch Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk, scalded
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 cake or pkg. yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    1 egg, beaten
    3 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
    1 Tbsp. butter
    additional melted butter
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine milk, shortening, sugar and salt.
    Cool to lukewarm. Add yeast, softened in water.
    Add egg; gradually stir in flour to form soft dough.
    Beat vigorously.
    Cover and let rise until double in bulk.
